pSo today, Kevin and I signed the escrow closing docs on our house….to refinance it. I know, we just bought it, why would we be refinancing? Well, thank the powers that be, we got an FHA loan (Federal Housing Authority backed loan). No prepayment penalties, and they have this cool feature called a Streamline loan.
